Shipping & Payments
We are committed to delivering your pieces with care, security, and intention. For your security, high value orders require a signature upon delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package to avoid delays.
Shipping Within Canada & the United States
We offer secure, tracked shipping on all orders, with complimentary express shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before tax and discounts). A flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders under $200.
Shipping Options
Signature Complimentary Shipping
Orders over $200 CAD ship FREE via our express tracked service with signature confirmation. Express deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 business days after your order is processed. Processing takes approximately 1–2 business days.
Tracked Shipping
Orders under $200 CAD ship via secure, tracked delivery within Canada and the U.S., typically arriving within 5–8 business days after processing (1–2 business days).
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
NOTE: Once your package has been signed for and marked as delivered, Inés Sánchez Jewellery is no longer responsible for loss or theft. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

We ship using trusted delivery partners and rely on the information provided at checkout to ensure prompt, accurate delivery. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order — we are not responsible for delays, re-shipments, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. All delivery estimates are based on carrier timelines and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, tracking updates are managed by the carrier. Inés Sánchez Jewellery is not liable for carrier errors, delivery delays, or lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. For added peace of mind, all deliveries require tracking and signature confirmation.
Duties & Taxes
Canadian and U.S. customers: Orders ship duty-free. We’re pleased to offer a seamless cross-border experience. All Canadian and U.S. orders are shipped with duties and import taxes fully paid by us — so you’ll never encounter unexpected fees at your door.
All orders over $200 CAD also include complimentary express shipping.
International orders: We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada.
Additional Notes
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- To reduce waste, you can opt for reduced packaging at checkout.
Payments & Billing
- We accept all major credit cards and payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.
- Billing note: Your payment will appear as SP InesSanchez-Privado on your credit card or bank statement.
