Yes. We offer complimentary express tracked shipping with signature confirmation on all orders over $200 CAD (before tax and discounts) within Canada and the United States.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after processing. Express shipping is also available and usually arrives within 2–3 business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days.

No — we cover all duties and import taxes for our Canadian and U.S. customers. Your order will ship using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, meaning there are no surprise fees at delivery. The price you see is the price you pay, with everything taken care of in advance.
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Yes — all jewellery orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt. Accessories may ship without signature confirmation. Once a package is signed for and marked as delivered, Inés Sánchez Jewellery is no longer responsible for loss or theft.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Yes. Sale items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes. We use both natural and lab-grown diamonds, each selected for their exceptional brilliance and quality.
We choose our diamonds with intention — whether formed in the earth over billions of years or created through innovative technology in a laboratory. Both are real diamonds, identical in their sparkle, structure, and durability.
Natural diamonds are formed under intense heat and pressure deep within the earth, each one a geological marvel. Lab-grown diamonds, on the other hand, are cultivated in controlled environments that replicate these natural conditions. The result? A diamond that is chemically, physically, and optically the same — with fewer environmental and ethical concerns.
Recognized by the Canadian Gemmological Association (CGA), and the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), lab-grown diamonds are graded using the same standards as mined diamonds. Both types are valued for their beauty, rarity, and symbolism.
We offer two premium options for earring backings, both designed for comfort, durability, and a secure fit:
- 14K Gold Butterfly Earring Backings – Made from solid 14K gold, these timeless backings are hypoallergenic and compatible with most post-style earrings.
- 14K Gold Hypoallergenic Silicone Butterfly Earring Backings – These feature a 14K gold butterfly backing encased in hypoallergenic silicone for added comfort and extra grip. The silicone helps prevent earrings from drooping and ensures a snug, all-day hold. --- For a secure and comfortable fit, press the earring post firmly into the silicone backing until it feels snug. Ensure the post pierces through the inner silicone for a secure fit — this helps keep your earrings beautifully in place throughout the day.

Yes. We’re committed to sustainable practices, and our packaging materials are either recyclable or made with recycled content — designed to be repurposed as a keepsake box for storing your jewellery.
Absolutely. You can add a personalized message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order.
No. We never include prices in the shipment — perfect for gifting.
Repairs & Warranty
We do not offer repairs at this time. If your jewellery arrives damaged, please fill out our Return form here and be sure to include a photo and your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your piece is found to have a manufacturing defect within 2 years of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it for you. See additional terms here: Warranty
