Our Warranty
Every one of our pieces is handcrafted with intention, care, and enduring quality. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewellery and offer a two-year warranty from the date of delivery to cover any issues resulting from manufacturing or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost items
- General wear and tear (including surface scratches, fading, or tarnishing)
- Damage from improper care (such as exposure to chemicals, water, or impact)
- Repairs or modifications done by third parties outside of Inés Sánchez Jewellery
Important Notes
- If your claim is approved, the item must be returned for quality review.
- If available, we will replace your item with the same style.
- If the original item is no longer in stock or has been discontinued, we will issue a store credit equal to the original purchase price.
- We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for different styles, sizes, or materials under this policy.
- Warranty coverage does not apply to items purchased through our retailers – if purchased at a retail store, please go directly to the store with your concern.
- Any post-purchase modification or repair by a non-authorized jeweller will void the warranty.
- Promotional items and gifts with purchase may be excluded from warranty coverage.

RETURNS
We take great care in the craftsmanship of our pieces and the experience of receiving them. If you believe your jewellery has arrived damaged, is experiencing a craftsmanship issue, or you need to request a return, please complete the form below. Our care team will review your request and respond to you within 5–7 business days. Kindly include as much detail as possible to help us resolve your request efficiently.
Please note:
- Free Returns: Enjoy free returns within 14 days of receiving your product for orders within Canada and the USA. International returns are not free at this time, please reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return.
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unworn condition without signs of wear or damage to qualify for a refund or credit, and a proof of sales receipt must be provided within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Items returned must include all original packaging (boxes and/or pouch), and sets must be returned together.
- Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We are not offering exchanges at this time.
How to Return:
- Initiate your return by filling out the form below.
- We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible orders.
- Drop your package at your nearest carrier location.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once your return is received and approved. Please allow approx. 10–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider or bank.
